Surrounding Landscape (48K)

This medieval manor granted by the Crown to the de Launcelles family in the 13th Century lies in its own sheltered and secluded valley on the outskirts of the old Market Town of Crediton.

Combe Lancey is a 150 acre beef and sheep farm and is approached by either of its private roads. It is situated approximately half a mile by Public Footpath over the hill from Crediton and about one mile from the pretty village of Sandford.

View from the Courtyard (44K)

Close to the A377, the Farm offers easy access to the historic Cathedral City of Exeter just eight miles away with M5 access at Junctions 29 or 30, and is an ideal base for visiting Devon's countryside, its beaches, the Two Moors Way and The National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor.

Crediton has a broad selection of eating places, and a number of delightful pubs within a ten minute drive offer meals to suit all tastes.
