The beamed accommodation is within the old cob and timbered Linhay which forms part of the Grade II Listed 15th Century thatched Manor House. It offers south-facing views of the valley over the formal gardens and, together with the en-suite Bathroom and separate Breakfast Room, provides complete privacy in comfortable surroundings. A sitting-out area is provided for guests on the back lawn with views of the cider orchard and surrounding fields.

For a party of more than 2 guests there is an adjacent twin bedded room available, with Tea and Coffee making facilities and Colour Television, however presently without a bathroom. This room can be offered provided the occupants of both rooms are prepared to share the en-suite bathroom.

The twin bedded room has an en-suite Bathroom with bath and shower, w.c., and handbasin. Tea and Coffee making facilities and Colour Television with Teletext are provided.

Private Parking within the Inner Courtyard is adjacent to the accommodation.

A traditional English cooked breakfast, or alternative if requested, is served in the Breakfast Room which has attractive views of the formal gardens and surrounding meadows.

Ironing and drying facilities are available and French, German and Dutch are spoken.

The former croquet lawn with view over the orchard is available for guests; a table tennis and table football is provided indoors.

The accommodation has been inspected by the Devon Heartland Tourist Association (DHTA).
