The beamed accommodation is within the old cob and timbered Linhay which forms part of the Grade II Listed 15th Century thatched Manor House. The two rooms offer south-facing views of the valley over the formal gardens and, together with their en-suite Bathrooms and the separate Breakfast Room, provide complete privacy in comfortable surroundings. A sitting-out area is provided for guests on the back lawn with views of the cider orchard and surrounding fields.



Room One (33K)





The twin bedded room for up to four adults or a family with two children, has an en-suite Bathroom with bath and shower, w.c., and hand basin. Tea and coffee making facilities and Colour Television with Teletext are provided.

The double bedded room with room for a child under six or a cot, has an en-suite Bathroom with bath and shower, w.c., and handbasin. Tea and Coffee making facilities and Colour Television with Teletext are provided.

Private Parking within the Inner Courtyard is adjacent to the accommodation.

Breakfast Room (32K)

A traditional English cooked breakfast, or alternative if requested, is served in the Breakfast Room which has attractive views of the formal gardens and surrounding meadows.

Ironing and drying facilities are available and French, German and Dutch are spoken.

The former croquet lawn with views over the orchard is available for guests.

The accommodation is inspected annually and approved by the Devonshire Heartland Tourism Association (DHTA).
